Global Process Expert - Onboarding

As part of a wider HR transformation programme resulting from the
- off of Siemens Energy from Siemens and the integration of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition Administration, Onboarding, and Offboarding. Your role will involve ensuring that process and system design align with our HR Services strategy and that the services provided by our external partners meet the expected quality standards.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Act as a process expert in various transformation initiatives, maximizing the effectiveness of tools and supporting processes while driving continuous improvement and change management.
- Establish global standards for workforce administration processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and support the HR Services Leadership in defining the global to local service delivery model.
- Guarantee audit readiness across all regions, oversee the timely closure of internal audit issues, and proactively share best practices, issues, and risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners and process owners to ensure processes, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed, ensuring successful HR operations.
- Define and maintain a service catalogue for Workforce Administration and Organizational Management, including KPIs, and work with regional teams to ensure

- purpose delivery and implementation. - Collaborate with partners on vendor management and engagement, monitoring performance to ensure service quality.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Business Process Analyst in HR Operations, especially in Workforce Administration, with expertise in transformation projects and best practices.
- Experience in
- country and
- provider HR service delivery, including outsourcing. - Good understanding of HCM systems, preferably Workday HCM, and their dependencies with HR Services.
- Strong
- oriented mindset. - Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, empower teams, and thrive in a global environment.
- Proficiency in English is required.
