As part of a wider HR transformation programme following the
- off of Siemens Energy from Siemens and the integration of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert in Workforce Administration and Organizational Management. Your role will ensure that process and system design align with our HR Services strategy, and that the services provided by our external partners meet the expected quality standards.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Act as process expert in various transformation initiatives, maximizing the effectiveness of tools and processes, and driving continuous improvement and change management.
• Establish global standards for workforce administration processes, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and support the HR Services Leadership in defining the
  -
  - local service delivery model.
• Guarantee audit readiness across regions, oversee the closure of audit issues, and share best practices, issues, and risks proactively.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, process owners, and other functions to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and successful HR operations.
• Define and maintain a service catalogue for Workforce Administration and Organizational Management, including KPIs and global service setup, working with regional teams for effective delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively, monitor performance, and ensure
  - quality service delivery.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Business Process Analyst in HR Operations, particularly in Workforce Administration, transformation projects, and best practices.
• Proficiency in
  - country and
  - provider HR service delivery, including outsourcing.
• Good understanding of HCM systems, preferably with Workday HCM experience.
• Strong
  - oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, empower teams, and adapt to a global, flexible environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
