A Localization Expert is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely delivery of localized products.

• Developing and implementing localization strategies to enhance product delivery efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with
  - functional teams to address technical localization issues and create solutions.
• Utilizing localization tools and software to manage translation projects and maintain translation memories and glossaries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in software localization processes, including localization tools and software.

Requirements

To be successful as a Localization Expert, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of localization and internationalization principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in programming languages (e. g. , Python, Perl, Bash scripting) and markup languages (e. g. , HTML, XML).
