Your Mission

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Dorel Juvenile. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet consumer needs and remain competitive in a dynamic global market. This person manage the internal EU process and product lifecycle from development (LVP preparation stage) to launch and beyond, with the target of launching on time.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Initiation of product files within EU;

- In charge of solving pending issues with all relevant teams in EU (eg.
- up forecasts, margin check and verification, PO preparation, open and reopen products for order, up to date price list);

- Gather market input from brand ambassadors;

- Determine aftersales, portfolio management, pricing, and promotional strategies;

- Collaborate with various teams, departments, and colleagues within Dorel Juvenile, including Sales, Development, Marketing, and operational management;

- Serve asthe point of contact from our HQ and inform stakeholders accordingly.

- Attend local and European customers events, supplier visits and trade fairs.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in an international environment and in consumer goods;

4 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the toys industry and with a
- established network;

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;

- Strong sense of entrepreneurship, focused on finding creative opportunities;

- Strong excel capabilities. You are results oriented and work independently achieving agreed results within the formulated time limit;

- You recognize market opportunities for both current and new products / services and consider them in a businesslike manner;

- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to
- solving;

- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
