Global QTP (Quality, Training and Policy) Lead
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOBs
The Cluster QTP lead scope will be global to drive initiatives across LOB and functions and ensure delivery enablement for operations. Will be overseeing all activities, help resolve escalations and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence across Quality & Training. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, training and policy improvements, and managing Change management excellence. The lead will be a single point of contact for senior leadership internal and client facing interactions for the LOB. With radical new technologies, the lead will be positioned to provide industry shaping ideas and thought leadership. The role may require lead to travel to support business needs and lines of business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align with global leads and service delivery lead on strategy for execution across line of businesses
- Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing
- term goals - Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
- Motivate and strategize on efficiency, productivity and consistency targets
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions. Create a culture of innovation
- Identify Milestones, scope, dependencies, issues, risk and success for QTP projects
- Course correct
- performing metrics and analysts through root cause analysis and solid action planning - Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.
- Review and control execution of standard processes across Quality, Training & Policy
- Conduct researches, studies and data analysis to conceptualize proposals for improving business metric in collaboration across teams
- Provide thought leadership in processes, programs and procedures
- Establish professional and career development programs for internal resources
- Provide recommendations to
- engineer existing processes. - Evaluation of new technologies and potential application in work area, work with SMEs for deployments
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Graduate with at least 10 to 12 years of supervisor experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish a strong client relationship
- QTP background and experience across service delivery operations.
- Sound
- making and organizational skills - Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Power
Point and Word), knowledge of latest technology landscape is preferred - Experienced in talent management and succession planning
- Experience in managing projects and data strategies for business outcomes
