We are seeking a dedicated and reliable

Global Quality Engineer

to join our team in Lisbon, Parque das Nações. This role supports the Global Quality Lead and quality teams across EMEA and Asia in ensuring consistent complaint resolution, root cause analysis, process improvement, analytics, and
- related communication.

Responsibilities:

• Support the resolution and arbitration of quality complaints in close collaboration with
  - functional teams.
• Lead and support root cause analysis, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor system data, ensure accuracy, and implement necessary corrections.
• Create and distribute global quality communications and training materials for
  - users.
• Conduct quality analytics and prepare reporting dashboards.
• Maintain, create, and review quality documentation in alignment with global standards.
• Actively participate in global quality improvement projects, providing support to both factory and field service teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or a related Technical field;
  
  alternatively, a vocational school degree with relevant industrial experience.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
  Point, and ERP systems;
  
  experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification (preferred).
• German language proficiency is an advantage.
