Your Mission
As a Global Quality Excellence Engineer, you will lead initiatives to define, monitor, and improve Operational Quality performance globally in Supply Chain Management. You will develop KPI frameworks, strengthen problem‑solving capabilities, and establish governance processes that ensure consistent quality results, from suppliers to final product delivery.
- Define Quality KPIs: In collaboration with global QM department, define and standardize Quality KPI’s, ensuring effective monitoring and controlling.
- Drive Corrective Actions: Analyze operational quality data, identify trends, and ensure timely implementation of effective countermeasures and drive continuous improvement.
- Strengthen Problem‑Solving Culture:
- Roll out global 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methodologies.
- Support factories in problem solving methodologies (RCA, A3, 4D, 8D, 5Why), and escalation management.
- Review of major NCC’s and customer complaints, driving structured problem‑solving and supporting timely, effective resolution.
- Optimize Quality Processes: Apply VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and VSD (Value Stream Design) to key Operational Quality processes, identifying improvement levers.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead global performance reviews, ensure escalation discipline, and track progress of Operational Quality improvement initiatives across all factories.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Operational Excellence roles in manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
- Proven track record of developing and managing Quality KPIs and driving cross‑site performance improvement.
- Hands‑on experience with problem‑solving tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and statistical methods.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage global stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
