About the job

• Quality Monitoring Officer's main mission is to perform the global quality monitoring activity related to the KYC (Know Your Client), such as updates for the different stakeholders within the EMEA region, related to Business, Due Diligence, Compliance, Referential

Your Main Activities Are

• Responsible for KYC updates, particularly business activity checks, terminations and reactivations, status amends, change of final risk score and next review date and flag switch
• Update accurately KYC tools and to check and correct any issues about allocation process and Due Diligence workflow
• Participate to the daily whiteboards and team meetings.
• Provide regular visibility on the performed activity
• Escalate issues timely with a proposal of solution

Profile and Skills to Success

• Experience in Legal, Compliance, Banking and Financial Operations or similar role
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment and collaboration across different teams, departments and clients
• Analytical capacity, attention to detail and rigorousness
• Organizational skills and a proactive
