What you’ll be doing
- Finding and engaging top talents from all over the world to join Syndicode
- Managing the entire recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
- Delivering a positive and smooth candidate experience via a professional attitude and way of communication
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and acting as an advisor for them during the recruitment process if needed
- Proactively improve our recruiting processes and identify opportunities that need refinement
What you’ll need
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring great candidates. Ideally, you have 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and understanding of sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
- IT industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
- A focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- A commitment to staying updated with recruitment trends, HR technologies, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
Nice to have
- International recruiting experience
- Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (we use Team
Tailor) - Knowledge of additional languages (Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, etc. )
