What you’ll be doing

• Finding and engaging top talents from all over the world to join Syndicode
• Managing the entire recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
• Delivering a positive and smooth candidate experience via a professional attitude and way of communication
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and acting as an advisor for them during the recruitment process if needed
• Proactively improve our recruiting processes and identify opportunities that need refinement

What you’ll need

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring great candidates. Ideally, you have 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and understanding of sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
• IT industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
• A focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• A commitment to staying updated with recruitment trends, HR technologies, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.

Nice to have

• International recruiting experience
• Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (we use Team
  Tailor)
• Knowledge of additional languages (Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, etc. )
