In early 2025, Xelvin officially set foot in Maia, Portugal. From this exciting new base, we’re building something ambitious :

A remote engineering hub powered by top technical talent from Portugal and Brazil.

A recruitment team dedicated to inspiring and guiding Portuguese professionals toward careers in the Netherlands.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both missions. You’ll source, engage, and support skilled professionals ready to take the next step — either remotely from Maia or
- site in the Netherlands.

We already have a beautiful office in Maia where you'll work alongside an international team. Please note :

while our local entity in Portugal is in the final setup phase, this role will initially start on a freelance basis.

What you’ll do

Proactively source technical talent across Portugal, Brazil, Spain, and beyond using platforms, sourcing tools, and your own network.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on motivation, skills, and international ambitions.

Guide candidates through the entire journey — from first contact to relocation to the Netherlands or integration into our Maia-based remote team.

Work closely with our teams in the Netherlands, acting as a strategic recruitment, sales, and marketing partner.

Contribute actively to the development and success of Xelvin Maia with your ideas, energy, and initiative.

What you bring

Experience in (international) recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with technical or niche profiles.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;

Spanish and / or Dutch isa great plus.

You’re independent,
- driven, and thrive in a multicultural,
- paced environment.

You take a personal and proactive approach to building relationships with candidates.

You're based in (or willing to relocate to) Maia or the Greater Porto Area.
