Your Journey as a Recruitment Trainee

• Support the recruitment team in managing vacancies across multilingual markets
• Assist in sourcing and pre‑screening candidates through various tools and platforms
• Participate in interviews and candidate follow‑up under the supervision of a Recruitment Manager
• Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and internal communication processes

Requirements

• Based in Vila Nova de Famalicão or nearby
• Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related areas
• Passion for people, communication, and multicultural environments
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment
