Job Description
The Global Sales Tools, UAT Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM implementations and other global sales technology solutions at Otis. This role ensures that new systems and enhancements meet business requirements, deliver a seamless user experience, and support the strategic goals of the WHQ Global Sales COE team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end UAT process for CRM and other global sales tools, including test planning, script development, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and project teams to define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Partner with regional stakeholders and build strong relationships to coordinate and complete testing activities that require regional systems and personnel involvement.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and process flows.
- Coordinate UAT activities across global teams, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of testing cycles.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Facilitate UAT sign‑off and provide clear, actionable feedback to project teams and leadership.
- Implement business testing best practices based on agile methodology, driving continuous improvement and adaptability in testing processes.
- Continuously improve UAT processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support change management and initiatives by providing insights from UAT outcomes.
- Support end‑to‑end system testing of new CRM implementations in new countries prior to pilot launches and full rollouts, ensuring readiness and quality.
- Expand UAT coverage to additional global sales tools as new systems are introduced.
Preferred Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in software testing, project management, or CRM platforms are a plus.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading UAT for CRM or sales technology implementations in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and related business applications.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management platforms.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Otis Elevator products, services, and sales operations is preferred.
