We are seeking a Global Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to join our international IT team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design, customization, and configuration of Sales Cloud (e. G. Account Management, Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Orders) and Service Cloud (e. G. , Case Management, Routing, Orders, Knowledge Base)
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions using Flows, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules and automation
• Manage user access, profiles, roles and permission sets globally
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues and data inconsistencies
• Oversee and coordinate
  - party integrations and middleware solutions with the broader IT team
• Support platform releases, test changes and ensure organizational readiness
• Maintain documentation and provide training or guidance to local admins and key users
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security and compliance across organisations

Your qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global environment
• Extensive
  - on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service cloud including advanced customization, integration and development (Apex, LWC, visual force pages, triggers etc)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, integration framework, security and governor limits
• Experience working with APIs and middleware (e. G. Azure Integration Services)
• Ability to work
  - functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Act as the architectural point of contact for escalated incidents or problem tickets related to Salesforce implementation
• Design and maintain technical design document
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin a plus)

- technical users. Skilled in
- solving and delivering excellent customer service. A collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural environments and works independently with sound
- making skills. Fluent in English;
