Key Accountabilities & Key Activities

Expertise

• (focus) Master Data management – maintenance of material master data, Schedule Agreements and related elements (PIR, quotas, etc. ), vendor master data, users management in the SRM, technical corrections (IDOCs and others).
• (support, if required) Purchase requests management
• Reporting & compliance activities
• Supporting the plants and the purchasing community (main), plus the internal customers from different working areas.
• Internal documentation maintenance

Support &

Optimization

• Identify and suggest implementation of possible process improvements and optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Promote best practice across the department and across business entities.

Knowledge Building, Experience Sharing

• Get in contact with local entities to clarify possible needs.

Key Professional Competencies

• Previous experience in the Master Data management process (preferential) or Procurement.
• Good MS Office knowledge (Advanced Excel)
• Fluent English level
• SAP knowledge (highly desired)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree
• At least 1 year of experience in Shared Services / experience working with SAP.
• Previous experience with reporting & analysis performance (preferential)
