What You'll Accomplish

• Operational Leadership Excellence: Lead and develop a distributed team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists across multiple regions; inspire high performance across time zones and cultures.
• Technology Operations Mastery: Own our enterprise HR technology ecosystem (SAP Success
  Factors, Service
  Now HRSD, engagement platforms, Document Management systems); drive reliability, performance, and user satisfaction; collaborate with IT on integrations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Innovation Partnership: Work with the Head of People Data & Digital Solutions to evaluate and deploy emerging technologies; explore chatbots, generative AI, and agentic AI in HR operations; balance innovation with ongoing operations.

Your Foundation

• Proven leadership in HR technology operations, HRIS management, or related
  - focused people functions.
• Strong expertise in SAP Success
  Factors (engagement platform experience is valuable but not required).
• Experience managing technology operations, governance frameworks, and process optimization.
