Your Role
As a Global Service Desk Support, you will be the welcoming face of our Porto office while being an integral part of our global Service Desk team. This hybrid role allows you to provide
- desk support
- site and simultaneously collaborate with colleagues across all Zühlke locations to resolve internal service tickets.
How you'll make an impact
• Processing global Service Desk tickets (e. g.
- related requests)
• Collaborating closely with international colleagues across multiple time zones
• Documenting, categorizing, and following up on support requests in the ticketing system
• Collaborating in Projects and overall topics to develop the Facility Management further
• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees at our Porto office
• Managing the main telephone line, forwarding calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Supporting
-
- day logistics and coordination tasks at the site

• Independent and reliable work style, with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or other ticketing systems is an advantage
• Experience in reception or support functions (facility, or administration) is a plus
• Fluent English and Portuguese – both spoken and written (mandatory)
