Global Shopper Marketing Manager - VML Lisbon
Winning at the POS with customers is fundamental to brand and business growth as retailers and wholesalers determine how our categories and brands are presented to consumers and shoppers. The effectiveness of shopper marketing is therefore fundamental for brand growth and will focus on driving recruitment and premiumization across the different shopper missions and consumer. This involves collaborating with different customer and consumer marketing teams at our clients. The core focus of the role is to develop programs that trigger purchase of our client brands over their competitors. This involves the development of
- winning programs to inspire customers to implement and consumers to purchase and consume, building effective relationships to invest in the right areas to drive growth.
In This Role You Will:
- Deploy the brand marketing strategy defining the shopper elements in a consistent and inspirational ecosystem for the consumer/shopper throughout all the touchpoints of the path to purchase.
- Ensure the programmes fit the channel specificities and can be easily tailored by the customer activation team to meet specific customer needs.
- Develop the best activations and mechanics that trigger purchase of our clients' brands, driving growth for our customers.
- Work with the new occasions' mindset to build activations based on shopper/consumer behaviours per occasion.

- Implement robust ME&I to understand behaviour change and financial drivers.
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing/customer marketing experience.
- A proven track record in creating marketing programs.
- Strong creative judgement and experience in
- winning work. - Strong commercial understanding of customers and shoppers.
- Ability to influence within client organizations.
- Experience working with key customers and inspiring agencies.
- Data-driven with the ability to extract insights.
- Team-player with excellent communication skills.
