Program Manager
The Program Manager’s mission consists in piloting the proper governance of a program, which consists in organizing the program’s strategy and activity in accordance with the mission and goals of the department and the organization. Considering that a program refers to a set of projects that are functionally and/or technically consistent, the program manager must oversee and coordinate the various projects and other strategic initiatives.
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for achieving the program’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities and the Sponsor’s expectations.
- Steer the program’s project portfolio and the related budget allowance for its implementation.
- Provide functional and
- entity management for a portfolio of projects. - Coordinate projects, manage interdependencies and challenge implementation solutions.

Technical Program Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud architecture, software delivery, and Java-based systems to lead complex fintech programs.
In this role, you’ll drive the design, implementation, and delivery of
- scale payment and digital wallet platforms, collaborating with
- functional teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable financial solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech solutions — from architecture design and planning to
- live and operations. - Manage cloud migration and modernization projects across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Architect and oversee Java-based microservices for
- tenant,
- performance systems. - Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align technology and business objectives.
- Run Agile ceremonies and ensure projects meet scope, quality, and timeline goals.
- Handle stakeholder communication, including technical workshops and executive briefings with clients.
- Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud solutions, and technical program management.
- Strong Java programming experience (hands‑on understanding of APIs, microservices, and integrations).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Cloud
Formation). - Proven track record in fintech or digital payments, with experience integrating APIs, banking systems, or gateways.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and/or SAFe Agile are a plus.
