ROLE

Plan and optimize production across multiple lines according to stock levels, coverage, and sales forecasts.

Manage production sequencing, considering capacity, quality, allergens, and cleaning requirements.

Minimize downtime through effective changeover planning.

Align production, quality, and sales teams to ensure stock integrity and
- time delivery.

Coordinate with external copackers to synchronize capacities and timelines.

Monitor KPIs and use
- driven insights to improve processes.

Implement continuous improvements to planning processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar

2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing

Strong analytical skills and KPI interpretation

Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Solution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement

Intermediate English (required)
