Global Systems Analyst (Support & Operations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Systems Support executive to join our Global Systems team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Bus
Up’s internal platforms and databases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to
- solving across various international markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform
  - depth analysis of diverse databases to identify incorrect data patterns and ensure accuracy.
• Open and manage tickets for data corrections, and validate that the implemented corrections are accurate.
• Provide
  -
  - day support to global markets.
• Handle a wide variety of support requests and operational issues.
• Manage and update multiple documents and reports using Excel (including advanced formulas and data structuring).
• Ensure the daily maintenance and proper functioning of Bus
  Up’s internal Dashboard platform across its different components.
• Apply database modifications and queries to support operational and business requirements.
• Collaborate with local markets to support the implementation of new operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Knowledge of SQL or database management is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
  - paced, international environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

Labour Contract

• Working hours: 1:30 pm – 10 pm
• Office location: Praça Alvalade 6 4º direito, 1700-036 Lisboa
