Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in overseeing global talent acquisition teams and collaborating with Human Resources and all functional leaders. You will create, develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies for all open and future roles, ensuring that recruitment and training practices support Analytichem’s corporate strategies, goals, values, and culture. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is based in our European Excellence Service Hub in Porto, Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for optimizing strategy, processes, technology, talent acquisition experience, training, and talent development across Analytichem’s global locations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists globally or across diverse and multicultural teams and geographies.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the current Talent Acquisition team (Europe/NAM) of
- autonomy acting specialists, matrix HR BP’s, and HR advisers supporting local market recruiting initiatives by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and agility. Manage European talent market and recruiting campaigns directly. Define specific deliverables, manage job requisitions accurately, oversee candidate pipelines, conduct screening and evaluation, and support hiring managers with process excellence, including strategic recruitment direction.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to improve employer brand awareness and attract top talent, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in a competitive market.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical functions and roles to support organizational growth. Create innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, search tools, and traditional techniques to generate diverse candidate pools. Support initiatives for a complete lifecycle process from acquisition to onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
Technology: Use the latest technology and data analytics to drive recruiting innovation, improve
- making, and measure effectiveness. Manage all Talent Acquisition technology solutions, including applicant tracking systems and other platforms, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors, and partners to support scaling recruiting efforts as needed.
Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate with the DEI team to develop initiatives that attract and retain a diverse workforce, fostering innovation and excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand evolving recruiting needs and align strategies accordingly.
Measurement and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness, track progress, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions. Provide regular reports on KPIs such as Time to Fill, Candidate Satisfaction, Close Rate, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Your Profile:
- 8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years managing recruiters in a matrix environment, preferably in a
- growth setting.
- Proven success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies supporting organizational growth and international expansion.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, inspiring team members to excel in
- paced environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and another language such as German, Dutch, or French is advantageous.
