The Role:
We are looking for a Global Talent Aquisition Manager with experience in overseeing the global talent acquisition teams and collaborating with Human Resources and all functional leaders. You will create, develop, implement and manage recruitment strategies for all open and future roles and ensure that recruitment and training practices and programs support Analyti
Chem’s corporate strategies, goals, values and culture.
This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is based in our European Excellence Service Hub in Porto/Portugal.
Key Responsabilities:
Optimizing the strategy, processes, technology, talent acquisition experience, training and talent development across Analyti
Chem’s global locations.
Experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists globally or across diverse and
- cultural teams and geographies.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the current Talent Acquisition team (Europe/NA&A) of high autonomous acting Specialists and in Matrix HR BP’s and HR Advisers in each country supporting local Market Recruiting initiatives by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and agility. Manage the European Talent Market and Recruiting campaigns by yourself. Define specific deliverables, accurate job requisition management, effective candidate and pipe management, screening and evaluating candidates and support hiring managers with excellence in process including strategic direction for recruitment.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to improve employer brand awareness and attract top talent, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for our critical functions and jobs to ensure a steady flow of talent, qualified candidates to support the rapid growth trajectory of the organization. Create multiple and innovative ways to identify top talent in addition to effective use of social media and search tools, as well as traditional sourcing techniques that generate diverse candidate pools. Develop and maintain a recruitment strategy and support initiatives to create a complete
- cycle process, from acquisition to onboarding, through training and continuous development, to ensure they meet current and future job requirements.
Technology: Using the latest technology and data analytics to drive recruiting innovation, improve
- making and measure recruiting effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment. Managing and supporting all Talent Acquisition technology solutions, such as the applicant tracking system and other platforms for candidate testing, screening, and talent management/development tools. Collaborate with Human Resources and stakeholders to ensure ATS meets current and future business needs.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and internal employment policies throughout the recruitment process.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors and partners to complement internal recruiting efforts and scale recruiting operations as needed to support rapid growth.
Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate with the DEI team to develop initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve, fostering innovation and excellence in diverse perspectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, and C-suite to understand evolving recruiting needs and align recruiting strategies with rapid grow
Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness, track progress and provide
- time insight to senior management to inform strategic
- making. Provide reporting based on specific Key Performance Indicators, such as Time to Fill, Candidate Satisfaction, Close Rate, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a managing a team of Recruiters and working in a matrix environment role, preferably in a
- growth environment
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support growth and organizational, national and international expansion
Ability to demonstrate project management skills
Must be able to articulate the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving global organization
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence in a
- paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates
Multilingual and fluent in English and another further language such as German, Dutch or French is favorable
