About the role:

As Group Tax Manager, you will lead global tax operations for Convatec, a FTSE 100 company with businesses in over 100 countries.

This is a pivotal role within our Group Tax function, responsible for managing direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance across the organization.

You will work closely with a team of experienced
- house tax professionals and external advisors to ensure robust compliance and reporting processes. Beyond operational excellence, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing a
- focused tax operating model, driving transformation and efficiency across the tax lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Oversee and monitor outsourced global compliance processes for corporate income tax across nearly 100 countries.

• Support the Group Tax Reporting Manager with tax provisions,
  - year adjustments, and provide insights to internal stakeholders and external auditors.

• Transformation & Change

• Drive transformation across direct and indirect tax operations by:
  • Supporting CBS (Convatec Business Services) finance teams with finance transformation initiatives.
  • Developing, training, and managing centralized
    - house CBS tax teams.
  • Implementing a
    - focused tax operating model, integrating internal teams,
    - party providers, and automation tools.
• Advisory & Strategic Support

• Stay up to date on global tax laws and regulations, advising business units on potential impacts.

• Support the wider tax team on tax strategy,
