As Group Tax Manager, you will lead global tax operations for Convatec—a FTSE 100 company with businesses in over 100 countries. This pivotal role within the Group Tax function involves managing direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance across the organization, working closely with in‑house tax professionals and external advisors to ensure robust compliance and reporting processes. You will also shape and implement a future‑focused tax operating model, drive transformation and efficiency across the tax lifecycle, and partner with business units on strategic projects and finance initiatives.

• Global Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Oversee and monitor outsourced global compliance processes for corporate income tax across nearly 100 countries.
  • Support the Group Tax Reporting Manager with tax provisions, prior‑year adjustments, and provide insights to internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Transformation & Change
  • Drive transformation across direct and indirect tax operations by supporting CBS finance teams with finance transformation initiatives.
  • Develop, train, and manage centralized in‑house CBS tax teams.
  • Implement a future‑focused tax operating model, integrating internal teams, third‑party providers, and automation tools.
• Advisory & Strategic Support
  • Stay up to date on global tax laws and regulations, advising business units on potential impacts.
  • Support the wider tax team on tax strategy,
