Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and expansion of the Digital Academy
• Collect current training offerings, identify learning needs, and consolidate opportunities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure relevant and impactful training content
• Manage training logistics and delivery, working with HR colleagues and external partners
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis and continuous improvement
• Promote training programs to drive engagement and participation across the organization
• Contribute to special projects focused on digital talent development and future skills

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for digital learning with strong organizational and project management skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in training program management or Learning & Development, preferably in a
  - functional, multicultural environment
• Experience collaborating with
  - functional teams and subject matter experts
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and measuring learning outcomes
• Strong initiative, ownership,
  - solving, communication, facilitation, and
  - building skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are welcome
