What You'll Do
You’ll be part of a team of two reporting into the Global Unlocking Potential Director shaping the strategy and execution of Unlocking Potential at BCG for our
- winning Diversity and Inclusion (‘D&I’) networks, alongside other strategic D&I projects and squads.
As Global Unlocking Potential (‘UP’) Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic direction and delivering the operational execution of BCG’s Global UP Centre of Excellence with a focus on D&I networks (such as Access
Ability@BCG, Pride@BCG, etc) and strategically important squads. You will own key initiatives and also liaison with and support various teams (globally, regionally, locally, and within BUs), to define
- impact strategies and enable consistent programme delivery across geographies. You will be part of the team responsible to ensure our D&I networks have a sharp value proposition for BCGers enabling them to perform at their best, and ensuring BCG remains an employer of choice and leading in the market.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Strategic leadership of networks
- Support in formulating the

- end global strategy for D&I networks (such as Access
Ability@BCG, Pride@BCG, etc), with nuances for geo, cohorts and BU context - Support in translating this strategy to a concrete implementation plan and annual priorities including determining how to execute these
- edge programmes and resources together with BCG’s regional and functional teams and how to successful adopt them at scale - Strategy will span 6 key pillars: Unlocking potential of diverse talent, designing initiatives to ensure safety of BCGers, embedding inclusion in BCG’s culture and policies, fostering community and affiliation, supporting professional development and creating societal impact
- Foster partnerships with leading external organisations on this topic
- Stay

- date on what your membership needs, and build adaptive strategies to meet the market, and business needs
Programme delivery
You will be part of a broader team owning:
- Delivery of the implementation plan by collaborating with regional, system and functional teams with oversight from the Global Leadership team
- Delivery will involve owning some programmes
-
- end, and also functioning collaboratively with various team where you are expected to influence efforts and outcomes without formal authority - Examples of programme delivery include creating the anchoring framework for D&I networks, codifying and sharing best practices, designing a value proposition to future proof the network, designing and implementing a pilot on safety in
- office staffing, innovating affiliation models including regional conferences, reviewing and making policies and benefits inclusive, creating and leveraging data dashboards to refine strategy, supporting EC members in external engagements on the topic of D&I, leading campaigns around the LGBTQ+ calendar, among others
Cross-Network & Squad Strategy
- Be a core member of squads with strategic significance helping design

- Designing integrated and inclusive MDP sponsorship for Principals and Partners
- Leveraging technology to optimize data management and the mentorship programme
- Help design strategy for launching new networks and harness

Stakeholder management and
- functional collaborations
- Be the key contact for BCG’s global network of nodes, members and other BCGers. You will be part of the
- to team for D&I networks - Build strong relationships and collaborate across functions such as benefits, communications, consulting, data privacy, HR, marketing, security etc.
- You will have the unique opportunity to work with a wide range of diverse senior stakeholders from around the globe with cover from the Global UP Director
- You will support in shaping key relationships with leading external organizations (e. g. , World Economic Forum’s PGLE, Give
Out, Open For Business etc. ) - This role will provide you the unique opportunity to build a network across the world
Impact and analysis
- Utilize internal and external data, analysis, benchmarks, stakeholder conversations, and market trends/knowledge for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following spaces: Management/Strategy consulting, transformation projects, diversity, inclusion, people, culture and organization
- Project Leaders and senior Consultants are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in designing strategy and translating it to actionable implementation plans with measurable outcomes
- Experience with data analyses and interpretation to derive actionable insights
- A proven track record of leading and delivering on projects to successful outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment, with a particular focus on senior stakeholder management and leadership activation
- Experience of building effective working relationships across geographies, cultures, and functions leveraging these relationships to deliver positive outcomes
- The ability to storyline and communicate key messages to senior audiences effectively
- Deep passion for diversity and inclusion
- Proactive, empowered, and deeply committed working style
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power
Point - Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up time to output, e. g. Chat
GPT, Deckster - Fluency in English, verbal and written, to a very high standard
Who You'll Work With
- You will work as part of the Global UP team, reporting to the Global UP Director
- You will work closely with various UP Leadership teams, UP nodes and UP staff
- You will collaborate with the Regional and Local UP peers, various functional teams and squad members
