Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Warehousing Sourcing Lead | Commercial Negotiator (M/F) to join a
- impact logistics and supply chain team. This individual contributor role focuses on driving global sourcing strategies in warehousing operations, optimizing cost and performance, and ensuring supply chain resilience.

This is a strategic position requiring deep logistics sourcing expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence
- regional and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute global warehousing sourcing strategies and project pipelines

Lead sourcing events, including negotiation, contract management, and compliance activities

Partner with regional operations to resolve supplier issues and align sourcing with business goals.

Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and
- saving opportunities

Support
- term planning for cost, quality, and risk mitigation

Communicate sourcing decisions and risk strategies to senior leadership

✅ Mandatory requirements:

4+ years of experience in global warehousing sourcing or related roles

Proven track record in:

Sourcing strategy development

Commercial negotiations and contract management

Supplier performance tracking and stakeholder alignment

Ability to lead sourcing operations with
- efficiency and quality in mind

Fluency in English and Portuguese

MBA or advanced degree

Background in logistics, supply chain, or quality management
