We are looking for a Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst to join a control function team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of risk booked by the business lines within a financial markets environment.

Role Overview

This role plays a critical control function between Front Office and
- trade activities, ensuring that trades are correctly documented, reconciled and confirmed in line with regulatory timelines and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for a wide range of products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid strategies.

- Perform trade reviews to reconcile risk bookings with term sheets and confirmations before documentation is sent to clients.

- Ensure regulatory timelines and control targets are met.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations.

- Manage litigation and affirmation requests from clients.

- Actively liaise with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, Credit and Operations teams.

- Maintain daily interaction with international teams across London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and other global locations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Solid knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets.

- Understanding of trade lifecycle and
- trade controls.

- Ability to work in a
- pressure,
- driven environment.

- English – B2

- French – B2

Hybrid role with
- site presence 2 to 3 days per week in Lisbon
