The Documentation Drafting Analyst’s mission is to manage the subsequent risks undertaken by the business lines by checking the integrity and accuracy of the booking. The team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through drafting of OTC physical confirmations across a variety of products and asset classes. They play a critical control role in reconciling bookings with term sheets and confirmations, notifying post‑trade events with clients, and ensuring all manual physical confirmations are controlled, issues identified, reported, and fixed. The team also focuses on process improvements, straight‑through processing (STP), and risk control.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including swaps, forwards, options, and option strategies.
• Review risk booking and term sheets to ensure they are in line prior to sending documentation to clients.
• Monitor workflows to prioritize confirmations and ensure timely dispatch.
• Meet regulator timeline targets.
• Issue post‑trade event notifications (e. g. , barrier triggering, expiries, exercises, early terminations).
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for documentation/template queries.
• Collaborate with the Matching teams to resolve discrepancies on incoming confirmations.
• Maintain effective relationships with Front‑Office Trading & Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and other operational areas globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
