- edge platform for the public transport industry, offering features to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.

Siemens Mobility operates a Software Development Center in Aveiro, focusing on intelligent solutions for future mobility. We invite you to join as a Backend Developer (m/f/d).

Your role

1. Participate in Agile Dev
   Ops teams comprising developers, testers, and product owners, responsible for the entire development and management cycle.
2. Develop backend microservices in the AWS Cloud, handling
   - performance requests.
3. Design and implement microservices for S3 Passenger, translating functionalities into software solutions, bridging the gap between desired functionality and technical implementation.
4. Collaborate closely with our dynamic and agile IMS teams from Ha
   Con and eos. uptrade. Occasional travel to the Netherlands or other locations may be required.

Your profile

1. University degree in informatics, computer science, or related field, with experience in web or backend development.
2. Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Java
   Script.
3. Experience with Saa
   S applications and microservice architecture is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of AWS.
5. Experience with build and deployment pipelines.
6. Passion for serverless computing, monitoring, secure development, high performance, and high availability.
7. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
8. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is valuable.
