Role Overview
The Product Marketing Specialist/Manager will be part of the B2B growth team, reporting to the leadership team. This role involves shaping and executing

- market strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across business units, and providing the commercial team with tools to drive market adoption and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute
-
- market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sword Health’s solutions; - Bridge the gap between business units, verticals, and the commercial team, maintaining consistent tone of voice, messaging, and market positioning across all touchpoints;
- Equip sales teams with impactful materials, including pitch decks,
- pagers,
- handling guides, FAQs, and training; - Measure and optimize product marketing performance using
- driven insights to improve engagement and positioning.
What you need to have:
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing,

- market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally in Saa
S, tech, or healthcare industries; - Proven success in launching and positioning products, developing compelling narratives, and driving measurable business impact;
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to craft resonant messaging while optimizing for performance;
- Exceptional
- functional collaboration skills to ensure alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams; - Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with an eye for disruptive ideas;
- A proactive approach to product marketing, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing messaging optimization;
- Success in driving product adoption and market awareness through bold strategies;
- Experience working with design, content, and sales teams on integrated marketing initiatives;
- Examples of past product launches or marketing materials demonstrating measurable growth;
- Experience in technology, startup, or
- up environments (industry-agnostic).

Compensation:
€55, 728 - €77, 728 annually, including base salary, variable incentives, net equity, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location. Benefits are also included.
