Emvenci develops state of the art cybersecurity software and content which is used worldwide by many organizations. Based at our tech hub in Lisbon, we are looking for a Golang Backend Developer to join the team to help us continue our exciting journey.

As a Golang Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend services that power Cybersecurity Cloud. You will work closely with our product, design, and
- end teams to create innovative solutions that meet our users' needs. Your expertise in Golang and system design will play a key role in enhancing our product's performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Golang code.
• Implement
  - performance and scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang.
• Strong understanding of the Golang programming language.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of
  - oriented programming and Clean Code Architecture.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with databases (Maria
  DB or Postgre
  SQL).
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
