We are seeking a talented individual to join our Ireland Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

As a consulting analyst, you will support consultants in pensions consulting and governance work for both corporate and trustee clients.

You will work directly with Ireland-based consultants and manage service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and updating governance documents under IORP II;
• Collecting information for Key Function holders (Internal Audit and Risk Manager);
• Preparing governance compliance checklists with stakeholders;
• Supporting the preparation of Trustee meeting packs;
• Liaising with Mercer business areas to streamline client services;
• Supporting billing and analysis tasks;
• Participating in
  - hoc projects like risk management and ETV projects.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2);
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Team player with flexibility;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
• Proven client service skills;
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word;
• Attention to detail;
• Proactive and
  - oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Management, or related fields;
• Previous consulting experience.
