With major ongoing works in Germany, they are seeking motivated engineers to strengthen their growing teams.
About this Opportunity
We are recruiting Junior Construction Managers (m/f/d) to support fibre optic civil works projects across Germany. Current projects are located in NRW (Düsseldorf, Essen) and Munich/Bavaria , with opportunities to rotate between projects after 3–4 months.
This role offers the chance to lead key infrastructure works within an international environment, contributing directly to Europe’s digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project oversight & planning – Monitor site activities, schedules, and work coordination.
- Team leadership – Manage site crews (approx. 8 civil workers).
- Execution excellence – Ensure timely,
- compliant, and
- quality delivery. - Coordination & reporting – Collaborate with telecom providers and ensure proper documentation.
- Material & logistics – Manage equipment, vehicles, and daily workforce deployment.
- Safety & compliance – Guarantee adherence to local permits and HSE standards.
- Risk & cost control – Identify potential risks and manage resources efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary (gross)
➡ €36, 500 – €45, 000 (total - including monthly tax free allowance) + benefits
Bonus & Allowances
- Christmas bonus: 70% of one monthly salary (gross).

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Civil, , Structural, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Previous
- site construction experience preferred. - Strong English language skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Leadership qualities, organisational skills, and adaptability.
- EU citizenship required.
