About the Programme
The 24‑month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique, personalised journey within Global Operations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience through high‑impact projects, benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.
What You Can Expect
- Dive into different functions and areas within Global Operations, such as GO Strategy, Production Sites, Site Controlling, Supply Chain Excellence, Procurement and more, learning about our operating model and key processes.
- Work on diverse projects with global impact and present results to senior leaders of Global Operations. Project examples include creating a productivity dashboard for all production sites and transferring dashboards from Qlik to Power
BI during rotations. - Actively develop your own career path while being guided and supported by your mentor.
- Participate in global training for all graduates and customised training per individual programme.
- Become part of our Global Graduate Network.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field of studies.
- First professional experience in operations or in a pharmaceutical company (e. g. through internships) with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills, an enthusiastic can‑do attitude and the drive to shape processes every day.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company.
