What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage exceptional talent for quant and trading roles across global markets.
• Candidate Communication: Write sharp,
  - crafted messages and support the creation of candidate briefs and outreach material.
• Market Research: Support search projects with company mapping, compensation research, talent insights and more.
• CRM & Process Management: Maintain our internal systems and candidate records with a strong attention to detail.
• Project Support: Work directly with our founder on live mandates for some of the most competitive firms in finance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Written & Spoken English: You should be highly articulate and confident communicating in English—both on the phone and in writing.
• Intellectual Curiosity: You’re interested in learning how global markets work and why talent drives performance.
• Strong Work Ethic: This is a demanding environment—ideal for someone who enjoys structure, high standards, and fast learning curves.
• Analytical Thinking: You’re comfortable researching unfamiliar topics, connecting dots, and thinking critically about patterns.
• Degree-Educated: You have a university degree in any subject—but bonus points if it’s in business, economics, finance, or communications.
