Smith & Adams is a dynamic and growing group with three core business areas:

• Hospitality & Restaurants – building
  - driven food & beverage concepts in Lisbon.

We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong skills in Social Media Management and Brand Design to support our
- growing portfolio.

Role Overview

As our Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and digital communication of Smith & Adams. You will create
- quality designs and manage social media content across all three divisions of the group, ensuring brand consistency and strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
  • Develop brand assets, marketing materials, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all Smith & Adams brands.
• Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content (Instagram, Linked
    In, Tik
    Tok, etc. ) for all three business areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and growth.
• Brand Design:
  • Support in building and refining brand identity for the group’s projects.
  • Adapt designs to the distinct positioning of each division (investment, property, hospitality).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
• Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in social media content creation and management.
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to adapt design to different industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a
  - paced environment.
