Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Develop brand assets, marketing materials, presentations, and digital campaigns; ensure a cohesive visual identity across all Smith & Adams brands.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage social media content (Instagram, Linked
  In, Tik
  Tok, etc. ) for all three business areas; collaborate with marketing and management teams; track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Brand Design: Support in building and refining brand identity; adapt designs to the distinct positioning of each division (investment, property, hospitality).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showing digital and print design.
• Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in social media content creation and management.
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to adapt design to different industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a
