Job Title: Graphic Designer (Performance-Driven Meta Creative)

Job Type: Full-time / Freelance / Remote

Responsibilities

• Design
  - performing ad creatives for Meta platforms — including static ads, carousels, Reels overlays, UGC-style edits, and story assets
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate and optimize based on ROAS and engagement data
• Maintain and elevate brand visual identity while adapting to evolving trends on Meta
• Concept and execute both
  - forward and
  - focused visual assets
• Design additional marketing materials as needed (landing pages, email graphics, etc. )

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of Meta-specific ads
• Proven success designing performance creatives that drove revenue or KPIs on Facebook/Instagram
• Deep understanding of ad creative trends, hooks, and visual cues that work on Meta
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma
• Bonus: experience editing
  - form video, Reels/Tik
  Toks, or UGC-style content
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions

• Partnered directly with growth marketers or creative strategists
