What you will do

• As a Graphic Designer, you will be integrating a
  - disciplinary international team of creatives working on communication solutions. Working with the rest of the design team, you will help to design impactful digital and printed communication materials, maintain branding and graphic systems, develop consistency, clarity, and appeal.
• Adapting to new challenges and be passionate about all things communication, from icon design to typography, editorial layouts, and digital presentation design.
• Have the opportunity to work with other creatives from different levels, such as UX/UI designers, communication and marketing specialists, and motion graphic designers, to name a few.
• Being inspired to elevate both the internal communication of Metyis and its projects.
• Participate in brainstorming and
  - sharing sessions with the team to discuss appealing ideas for the projects.
• You will exercise a keen eye for design and aesthetics, aligned with Metyis visual identity.

What you’ll bring

• Strong knowledge of graphic design concepts and applications, including vector design, image retouching, typography, color for print and digital, and layout/composition
• Experience preparing layouts for offset print and other print technologies
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, In
  Design, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power
  Point
• Professional fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and visual communication abilities
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality
• Creative thinking and effective
  - solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Awareness of current design trends and tools
• A proactive and accountable approach to work
• Nice to have: Illustration capabilities, working knowledge of Figma, and a basic understanding of motion graphics tools such as After Effects.
