Recruitment Process

• Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
• Step 2 Preparing and presenting recruitment task
• Step 3 Recruitment interview with HR person
• Step 4 Recruitment interview with a direct manager

Role Description

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: In
  Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma
• English skills - min. C1 (must have)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power
  Point
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Experience in both print and digital design
• Perfectly organized
• Ability to find the solutions
• Attention to Detail

Nice To Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purpose)
• Knowledge of UX/UI

Requirements

• Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency.
