Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for events and campaigns, including but not limited to brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging social and digital media content including still assets and reels.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
• Produce
  - quality, creative designs within specified timelines.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Work closely with photographers, agency partners, printers and other vendors to ensure proper execution of designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency level in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In
  Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
• Creativity and innovation in design concepts and execution.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce
  - quality, visually appealing designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept feedback gracefully.
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
• Professional and proactive work ethics.
• Effective communication is a crucial aspect of this role, as it involves interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, as well as comprehend and respond to complex information, is essential.
