We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Remote / Onsite) – Selina Portugal

As we continue to grow across Portugal, we’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to help visually bring the Selina experience to life.
This position can be remote a hybrid of both Onsite and remote, depending on your location and availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Graphic Designer for Selina Portugal, you’ll work closely with the marketing and property teams to design impactful visual content across digital and print channels. You’ll be responsible for promoting our hotels, events, F&B outlets, and lifestyle experiences through fresh, creative, and
- aligned designs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Creating visual assets to support marketing efforts across rooms, events, rooftop bars, restaurants, and coworking.
• Designing a range of materials: flyers, menus, social media graphics, signage, brochures, newsletters, and more.
• Translating the Selina brand into bold, engaging designs that work across platforms.
• Preparing final files for print or digital distribution.
• Developing illustrations, icons, and
- specific graphics.
• Assisting with light photo editing, retouching, and image sourcing.
• Managing multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborating with local teams and contributing creative input for upcoming campaigns and activations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or events.
• A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, layout expertise, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In
Design.
• Strong
- management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail, a good eye for aesthetics, and understanding of visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Basic motion design or video editing skills are a bonus (not required).
