At BUSUP, we’re transforming corporate mobility through technology, sustainability, and creativity. We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Designer with strong motion design skills to join our Marketing team and play a key role in building impactful projects that reach our clients, operators, and users.

What will you do?

• Lead the creation of strategic video content: demos, brand videos, commercials, tutorials, onboarding materials, podcasts, and more – bringing our products and services to life for diverse audiences.
• Develop motion design assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, and institutional materials, ensuring consistency with BUSUP’s brand identity.
• Contribute strategically to content planning, bringing insights and ideas for tutorials, educational videos, and support materials for clients, operators, and passengers.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams in the creative process for posts, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
• Support the development of materials for major projects and events (stands, brochures, merchandising, bus boards) that reflect innovation and professionalism.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of design and communication processes, suggesting new formats, tools, and ways to enhance engagement.
• Conduct audits of design materials and workflows, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing solutions.
• Keep BUSUP’s design portfolio updated and aligned with global branding guidelines.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced expertise in motion design and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva).
• Strategic thinking and creativity, able to connect business objectives with design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
  - functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams.
• Organised,
  - oriented, and proactive in bringing ideas to the table.
• Previous experience in design roles with ownership of projects from concept to execution, ideally in
  - paced environments.
