Soul Atlas is a high fantasy world for story and game. In this world, when someone dies, their soul will leave their body and either rise and join their ancestors or sink into the earth, where it is believed the Goddess of Darkness will welcome them. Among fantastic creatures, dragons, golems, different kinds of magic, and a rich history with 2000 years of depth, humans on the Atlas look towards living a life in search of meaning as they come closer and closer to the final test.

The Atlas will be seen in short stories, films, games, comic books, and more. At the moment, it is a collection of lore spread throughout diverse mediums, mainly text, songs, art pieces and audio plays. This upcoming year, we are working toward telling various stories in many formats, including a short film, an animatic & music album.

We are looking for Layout Designers to create the layout for three 6-pager TTRPG oneshot books, one 30-pager Oneshot Rulebook & a Character Sheet. Starting this month.

Responsibilities

• Create and design the overall layout for the fantasy TTRPG rulebook.
• Develop page templates
• Ensure the layout is visually appealing and easy to read.
• Work with the art director to ensure alignment with the visual direction & illustration integration
• Organise text, tables, and other content elements logically and aesthetically.
• Ensure a clear hierarchy and structure to facilitate ease of use.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of all components.
• Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance the visual appeal of the rulebook.
• Stay updated with current design trends and techniques relevant to fantasy TTRPGs & similar books.
