Graphic Designer role at Dapper - B2B Growth Agency. Dapper aims to build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world.

Dapper is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit who is ambitious to help shape client brands and push the boundaries of B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into visual stories and bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to deliver on brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Own projects from concept and ideation through execution and final delivery while collaborating with teammates as needed.
• Apply a strong eye for detail, consistency, and
  - brand visuals across various formats.
• Be proactive in proposing ideas, testing new approaches, and advocating for better outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Be open to using AI tools and workflows (e. g. , Firefly, Midjourney) to improve speed and creativity.
• Bonus: experience with After Effects.

Qualifications

• +3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context,
  - scaling environments, or an agency setting, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles (composition, typography, color, layout).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time across multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently through the full creative process and collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketers.
• Strong communication in English and openness to feedback.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and workflows to boost productivity.
• Bonus: experience with After Effects.
