What do we do?

VWFS Porto is a VWFS AG IT hub, and the first outside Germany. Here we will establish a
- term Business & IT company. Our primary goal is to service all European markets in implementing and maintaining contract management systems and another IT projects in other areas. Our focus is on:

Core systems, satellite systems (such as document management systems, collection systems) but also extends to integrations, data, and large project organizations. For this we seek a
- on Governance, Risk and Compliance specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Providing to VWFS subsidiaries more supportive measures, to ensure the fulfilment of the IT Standards, policies and the regulatory framework in which VWFS is entitled. The resource will act as the main support for GRC roles locally and in the subsidiaries, to provide guidance related to the applicability and consultancy regarding IT-Standards implementation and monitoring.

The new collaborator in this role will help L-Roles (Local Information Security, Risk and Compliance Officers) with the operation and support of IT-GRC general activities.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• 2-3 years of project experience from IT compliance and security implementation projects in the financial sector (with knowledge in process models such as Scrum, Kanban, LCM)
• Certifications ITIL 4, Cobit 2019 are required
• Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and ISO2700x certifications are differentials
• Extensive experience in managing emails and tickets with support of tools such as Microsoft 365 and JIRA, as well as prioritizing an optimized processing workflow
• Expertise in guiding organizations through changes related to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and processes
• Comprehensive expertise in regulatory requirements and standards
• Creation of data models with the help of analytical tools for data preparation and determination of data inconsistencies to support risk and compliance gaps mapping
• Experience in audit support for financial services companies
• Complete University studies in Computer Science or any equivalent
• Speaks and writes English fluently (At least B2 level).
