Job Description:

Your role as a Customer Support Agent involves supporting their activities by providing the best quality service to customers, working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving service issues promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate data input regarding consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
• Fluency in Greek (Native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients is a plus;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
