Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global IT Infrastructure function across multiple countries, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services.
• Oversee cloud and
  - prem infrastructure operations, service delivery, and user support, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security.
• Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, operations, and support processes.
• Manage strategic partners and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness for future digital initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and
  - generation data platforms.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and
  - ready processes across incident, change, and problem management.
• Collaborate closely with architecture, security, development, and operations teams to align infrastructure with enterprise goals.
• Own the infrastructure budget and ensure efficient cost management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, including senior leadership in global or distributed environments.
• Strong expertise in MS Azure, M365, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and
  - scale infrastructure operations.
• Proven experience leading global teams and managing
  - service providers.
• Deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks (e. G. , ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and
  - negotiation skills.
• Track record of driving automation, operational excellence, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science;
  
  
  
  relevant certifications(Azure, ITIL, cloud/security) are a plus.
