Group Financial Controller (NL & International)

Location: Hybrid — Netherlands (Amsterdam / Rotterdam area)

We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting, consolidation, and tax compliance across our Dutch holding and portfolio structure.

You’ll be the financial backbone connecting the holding company, portfolio finance teams, and external advisors in the Netherlands and abroad.

Financial Control & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate accounting records for LSIG (Netherlands)
• Manage weekly bookkeeping , bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Oversee monthly closings and general ledger integrity

Consolidation & Reporting

• Consolidate monthly financials across all portfolio companies (Dutch & international)
• Prepare group-level P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow overviews
• Develop and maintain a monthly financial dashboard for management and investors

Compliance & Tax

• Coordinate Dutch VAT (BTW) , corporate tax (VPB) , and dividend withholding filings with local advisors
• Ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP (and IFRS where applicable)
• Support preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors

Treasury & Cashflow Management

• Monitor group liquidity, intercompany loans, and dividend flows
• Assist with banking relationships, capital flows, and investment transactions
